Consulting Graduate Programme
Create solutions for our clients’ biggest challenges.
- Build relationships at the heart of our clients’ organisations, helping them to address their most significant business issues
- Provide management support and improve business processes

- Present information in easily digestible forms to deliver high-impact data-driven business insights
Tech Transformation Graduate Programme
Work directly with our clients to help deliver solutions using some of the most advanced technologies on the market.
- Work with a client team to deliver business transformation
- Understand client requirements and work with our delivery teams to create solutions
- Design, build and test strategic technology solutions ready for implementation
- Communicate complex technologies with stakeholders and manage ecosystem partner relationships
Modern Engineering Graduate Programme
Use emerging technologies to shape the future you imagine.
- Create and deliver platform and custom-designed solutions
- Build new business models with application management and implementation services
- Co-create proof of concepts for new or emerging technologies
- Use your programming skills to design and build client applications
Cyber Security Graduate Programme
Use your expertise to help clients build cyber-resilient businesses in a complex and ever-changing threat landscape.
- Define cyber, risk mitigation and regulatory strategies, aligning security to business priorities
- Protect the business as it transforms—applying zero-trust principles to secure the entire digital core
- Pressure test defenses, understand emerging threats and prepare and respond quickly to attacks
- Embed security to build resilience and mitigate risk across critical areas of each industry’s value chain
- Protect operational reliability and integrity by securing industrial and process control systems and connected products at all stages of the lifecycle

Training & Development
We take great pride in our training programmes, providing graduates with the opportunities to develop and thrive in their new role at Accenture.
Our carefully curated start group weeks will empower our graduates to develop the confidence, skills and expertise to excel in their careers.
All grads receive the following training (at minimum):
- New joiner introduction week (3-5 days)
- A case study experience, including skills in:
- PowerPoint & Storytelling
- Excel & Data Visualisation
- Public Speaking & Communications
- On-the-job training
- Learning on-demand – an extensive range of bite-sized learning modules of 5-10 minutes are available on a variety of topics
- An opportunity and the support to pursue further studies and learning opportunities beyond Accenture (e.g., CAPM, CIMA, PRINCE2, SAFe, and many more!)
