What I do at Accenture…

I currently sit in the PMO (Project Management Office) team on one of our major accounts. It is a major marketing transformation project that sits within Resources and Accenture song.

Project journey so far…

I have been part of the same project for a year and will be rolling off soon. I began in the design phase, helping to craft and implement key processes and governance structures while managing the NDA system. From there, I supported mobilisation and transition activities, ensuring operational readiness and tracking risk. Over time, I have taken on additional responsibility by coordinating a new workstream alongside my day-to-day PMO duties, broadening my experience in cross-functional project management and programme delivery.

I find that using the Sky News app with notifications helps me stay informed about current events. This keeps me aware of potential external risks (e.g. the current hacking crisis is very relevant to our field of work) and also provides useful conversation topics for coffee
