Entry Level Technology and Consulting Recruitment
Team Visa Sponsorship Policy – as of October 2024

Accenture’s approach to recruitment is underlined by our core value of Best
People and our principle of meritocracy. In short, Accenture seeks to attract, develop and retain the best talent for our business and to foster a fair, positive and inclusive environment. With that in mind, we welcome applications from all candidates, regardless of nationality or right to work status.

Notwithstanding that, Accenture is of course bound by UK immigration rules set by the UK authorities (UKVI), which may place some restrictions around our graduate and undergraduate programmes, including for our 2024/2025 intake.

Candidates should check eligibility requirements for Accenture graduate programmes against their personal circumstances prior to applying.

Graduate programmes

Accenture welcomes all applications for graduate roles, regardless of
nationality.  However, immigration minimum salary requirements set by the UK authorities (UKVI) mean the following for Accenture’s graduate programmes:

Accenture Consulting Group (ACG): Accenture welcomes applications regardless of nationality or immigration status – Accenture will assess support for a UK Skilled Worker Visa application for those who do not currently have the right to work in the UK or who will need to switch from a graduate visa to a Skilled Worker Visa in due course.

Technology Analyst Group (TAG): Unfortunately, immigration minimum salary requirements set by the UK authorities (UKVI) mean that Accenture is not able to progress applications from candidates who are currently on graduate visas and/or who do not currently possess the right to work in the UK.

Undergraduate programmes - Summer Vacation Scheme /
Industrial Placement intake

Accenture welcomes applications for undergraduate programmes from the
following:

1. If you currently hold and will continue to do so after your
anticipated employment date, the right to work in the UK without
sponsorship from Accenture.

2. If you are studying a degree level course in the UK and you hold a valid Student/Tier 4 General student visa which also gives you permission to work. Any work placement cannot exceed 50% of the total length of your course undertaken in the UK – a letter will be required from your university to confirm this.

Please note that prior to your start date you will need to obtain written confirmation from your university regarding term dates – you will only be able to participate in our Summer Vacation Scheme if the dates coincide with your university summer vacation.
