Accenture’s approach to recruitment is underlined by our core value of Best
People and our principle of meritocracy. In short, Accenture seeks to attract, develop and retain the best talent for our business and to foster a fair, positive and inclusive environment. With that in mind, we welcome applications from all candidates, regardless of nationality or right to work status.
Notwithstanding that, Accenture is of course bound by UK immigration rules set by the UK authorities (UKVI), which may place some restrictions around our graduate and undergraduate programmes, including for our 2026/2027 intake.
Candidates should check eligibility requirements for Accenture graduate programmes against their personal circumstances prior to applying.
Graduate programmes
Accenture welcomes all applications for graduate roles, regardless of
nationality. However, immigration minimum salary requirements set by the UK authorities (UKVI) mean the following for Accenture’s graduate programmes:
Accenture Consulting Group (ACG)
(Consulting, AI & Data, Strategy and Digital Engineering & Marketing programmes)
(Consulting, AI & Data, Strategy and Digital Engineering & Marketing programmes)
- Accenture’s ability to make and honour any offer to you will be subject to the UK government immigration rules applicable at the time. There are Government restrictions on who can be sponsored and Accenture keeps its approach under review in line with new government guidance as it is published. Accenture will assess the feasibility of your application and cannot guarantee that you will be eligible for sponsorship.
- To qualify for a company-sponsored UK Skilled Worker Visa (SWV), the role must meet minimum salary thresholds at both application and extension stages.
- UK visa salary requirements can change. If UK visa salary requirements are not met, Accenture may need to withdraw the offer or end employment if you lose the right to work in the UK.
Technology Analyst Group (TAG)
(Software Engineering, Technology Analyst, and Programme & Project Management programmes)
Unfortunately, immigration minimum salary requirements set by the UK authorities (UKVI) mean that Accenture is not able to progress applications from candidates who are currently on graduate visas and/or who do not currently possess the right to work in the UK.

Undergraduate programmes - Summer Vacation Scheme /
Industrial Placement intake
Accenture welcomes applications for undergraduate programmes from the
following:
1. If you currently hold and will continue to do so after your
anticipated employment date, the right to work in the UK without
sponsorship from Accenture.
2. If you are studying a degree level course in the UK and you hold a valid Student/Tier 4 General student visa which also gives you permission to work. Any work placement cannot exceed 50% of the total length of your course undertaken in the UK – a letter will be required from your university to confirm this. (Applicable to Consulting Industrial Placement & AI & Data Summer Scheme only).
There are Government restrictions on who can be sponsored, and Accenture keeps its approach under review in line with the UK government immigration rules and guidance applicable at the time. For Technology Industrial Placements e.g. Software Engineering, Tech Analyst and Security IP’s, current immigration minimum salary requirements set by the UK authorities (UKVI) mean that Accenture would not be able to offer visa sponsorship following the completion of the placement and therefore would be unable to progress applications from candidates who are currently on graduate visas or who do not already have the right to work in the UK beyond the placement period. We can currently offer sponsorship on completion of the placement for our Consulting Industrial Placement and AI & Data Summer Scheme.
