What can I expect in the MD interview?
The MD interview is a virtual interview which will last approximately 25 – 30 minutes. The MD will be keen to know why you want to join Accenture and learn more about your understanding of our business and how your working style and values align with the company. The MD interview is a great opportunity to meet our Senior Leadership and hear directly from them why Accenture is a great place to work!
How can I prepare for the MD interview?
The interview will cover 3 main areas so to help you prepare, please consider the following:
Motivation – sharing why you have chosen Accenture as an employer of choice.
- Research Accenture's differentiators and be ready to explain why Accenture is your first choice.
- Think about what you are hoping to achieve in the future and how Accenture aligns with your future aspirations and personal strengths.
Business Acumen – exploring your understanding of our business and how we work with clients.
- Read our case studies to gain insights into how we add 360 value to our clients
- Demonstrate your understanding of the current market conditions and think about where there might be opportunities for Accenture.
Your Working Style and Values – demonstrating your professionalism and how your values align with Accenture.
- Think about your own work ethnic and how that might contribute to your future success. What do you think is important to succeed in your chosen career?
- Think about Accenture core values - do they resonate with you? How might you apply these behaviours in the workplace?
How can I perform at my best for the MD interview?
Please make sure you are in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. We strongly advise testing connectivity, audio and video before your interview. Please dress as you would for an in-person interview and be aware of your surroundings (apply a teams background if necessary).
Use the guidance we have shared to help you prepare for the interview so that you are feeling confident and comfortable. It is likely you will get an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interview, so it is a good idea to have a couple of questions prepared in advance.
When will I hear back from the MD interview?
We will endeavour to let you know the outcome of the MD interview within 10 working days, however we are interviewing very high volumes of candidates so it may take a little while longer. Thank you in advance for your patience and rest assured that you will hear from us!
Can I use GenAI for the MD interview?
No, please do not use Generative AI for the MD interview. For this stage, we request your authentic participation so that the MD can see the real you.
